"These are the best whitening strips I’ve ever used! However, my last order placed on December 3rd 2025 has yet to be received after almost 2 months. I have reached out to the Customer Service Team by email THREE times and my emails have been unanswered and ignored. I have no other choice but to cancel my auto subscription. I am still hopeful that I will get my three ZIMBA whitening strip boxes that have been paid but I am not holding my breath. I did get a response from customer service on my 4th email and was informed that my purchase was on back order! No date was provided as to when I would receive these products."
